Manageris opinion
In this book, Alan G. Robinson and Dean M. Shroeder offer their findings from research conducted over a ten-year period in over 150 organizations in 17countries representing every major industry. This is a very pleasant book filled with interesting anecdotes underlining the keys to a successful suggestion management system. The authors present a convincing defense of the value of “small ideas” and continuous improvement, and focus on the strategic – rather than merely opportunistic – dimension of managing ideas. Yet, their approach is primarily pragmatic. You will find many insightful examples in this book, as well as some enticing “guerilla tactics” at the end of each chapter.
