A memory expert reveals his method for enabling individuals to realize their full potential. He does not advise methods such as simple repetition, which does not leave the time for information to be digested and thus incorporated in the brain. Rather, he emphasizes the importance of using our senses proactively to observe things more keenly. He also underlines the benefits of our natural tendency to associate ideas, which can be used to create solid memories. The book concludes with a chapter entitled “The memory gym” which offers a set of exercises to put this advice into practice.
